Phoenix Conferencing Australia is a private enterprise that provides quality medical imaging conferences and seminars. We are education-focused and dedicated to continual professional education.

GENERAL EVENTS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
  • Phoenix Conferencing Australia is denoted by PCA
  • All prices are inclusive of GST.
  • Behaviour: PCA reserves the right to prohibit entry of any person to a PCA event, or eject any person from a PCA event based on behaviour deemed inappropriate by PCA staff and/or its agents and others working under its authority.
  • Canvassing by delegates is strictly prohibited at PCA events and forums. Promotional materials may not be distributed at the event/forum except by event sponsors. Delegates violating this policy will be asked to leave the event
  • Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be received in writing before the registration closing date unless stated otherwise in the specific event terms and conditions. An administration fee of $125 will apply for all event cancellations made before the specified event date (between 6 & 4 weeks prior to the event). No refunds will be given after an event specific date (3 weeks prior to the event).
  • Image release: In registering for PCA events and conferences, delegates grant permission to PCA, its agents and others working under its authority, to take and to have full and free use of video/photographs containing their image/likeness. It is understood these images may be used for promotional, news, on-line/multimedia, research and/or educational purposes by and for PCA. Delegates agree that they are not entitled to remuneration, residuals, royalties or any other payment from PCA in respect of their image/likeness or its use. Delegates release, discharge, and hold harmless, PCA and its agents from any and all claims, demands or causes of actions that they may hereafter have by reason of anything contained in the photographs or video. Should a delegate not agree to the above image release, they must advise PCA by contacting rhys@phoenixconf.com
  • Invoices: When you complete and sign your copy of the registration form, this becomes a tax invoice in compliance with ATO requirements. This can be used to make payment by Electronic Funds Transfer, Credit Card, or cheque and you can keep this completed form on file for your tax records.
  • Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT): If paying via EFT, a completed copy of the registration form along with a remittance advice is needed in order for the registration to be processed by PCA. Payment by EFT will not be accepted after the registration closing date. Your registration is not confirmed until you have received a receipt and confirmation email from PCA.
  • Payment: To avoid disappointment, ensure you pay for your booking(s) before the registration closing date. Anyone that has not received a confirmation email will not be on the event attendance list and therefore will not be admitted to the event.
  • Privacy notice: PCA is concerned with the protection of your privacy. We support the privacy principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 as amended. View PCA’s full Privacy Policy
  • Program: PCA reserves the right to change the program at any time. Every effort will be made to ensure a program of equivalent standard.
  • Recording of CPD Hours: The onus of responsibility for recording CPD hours is upon the delegate
  • PCA delegates who have registered for a PCA event/forum but are unable to attend, are responsible for notifying PCA of non-attendance. Email rhys@phoenixconf.com
  • Records of attendance are maintained on file by PCA for auditing purposes.
  • Registration Notice: PCA delegate registration may be transferred to a single substitute if a delegate is unable to attend an event. Delegates must notify PCA at rhys@phoenixconf.com
  • Registration and Payment: Payment in full is required by the event date in order to attend.
  • Sharing registrations: One registration per individual – it may not be utilised by several individuals.
  • Event capacity: Places are limited and will be allocated on a strictly ‘first in’ payment basis. In the event that no space is available, you will be notified immediately. If you do not receive a confirmation email within three days, please email PCA rhys@phoenixconf.com to confirm that your registration has been received.
  • Registration Payment: Registrations received onsite may incur a late fee. Payment in full is required by the event date.
  • Special Dietary/Physical Requirements: Will not be catered for unless requested before the event registration closing date. Please note your requirements (where indicated) on your online registration or form.
